For the most part, the company develops a software product you can believe in. Customers appreciate it (as long as it works for them), so it's easy to brag about being forerunners in the construction software industry. Also, they do try to have some "team-building" activities including lunch on Fridays, birthday celebrations, etc. Non-management personnel are generally good to work with, probably as a "we're all in this together" mentality.

Company is fast growing and presents a lot of opportunity for learning and advancement. Staff is always helpful toward other employees and willing to work with customers to solve any challenges. I found the team to be professional, intelligent, and dedicated. I would highly recommend this company to any potential employee. The international aspect of LATISTA is a benefit because many of it's customers are overseas and global in nature. I found working with the global nature of the company rewarding. Company has brought in many industry experts in the last year and now has deep industry knowledge.
