I had the most AMAZING experience with Anne M. It's very rare that I feel as though I encounter guardian angels walking this earth, but Anne is one. She has absolutely been a God send for me! In all transparency I struggled with finding my perfect fit as an attorney in the legal profession. With two 6-month stints on my resume as I tried to have faith that I'd find what I was looking for, I ran into countless rejections (undoubtedly due to the concern that I might be a "job hopper"). I was probably at my wits end and questioning whether I should walk away from the legal profession altogether. Low and behold--I saw this company called Latitude Legal on LinkedIn and decided to take a chance and throw my name in a hat for a posting that aligned with the practice area I knew I wanted to remain in. I would go on to meet Anne, who really took the time to not just vet me, but actually get to know me, my interests, what I was looking for/not looking for etc. For the first time ever, an interview felt like a seamless conversation, and I remember it like it was just yesterday. Ultimately, Anne helped me land an engagement opportunity with an incredible company. I recently found out that the company wants to convert me to a permanent employee just a mere 6 months later (and boy did the time fly). To Anne I said, "pinch me, I'm dreaming!" I owe Latitude Legal, but most especially Anne, all of my gratitude! Your willingness to take a chance on me not only changed the trajectory of my career-- but also the trajectory of my life in ways I could never express. Thank you, immensely! I could never say it enough!
