Great team, good place to work

Pros

The people are great, as is the product. Managers are very accessible, and communication between most teams is good.

Cons

Flow of information isn't consistent. Office is far from town (which is both good and bad). Commute can be difficult during high tourist times and bad weather (rain/flooding).

Pros

since the company is still small-ish, you can learn a lot of things that are not directly in your department. undeniably the best goat cheese on the market. brand new plant.

Cons

bullying! absolutely no teamwork. no real human resources department. lots of negative reinforcement. really poor training, expectation to be perfect at everything.
