      The hourly wage for an hourly employee.

      Cons

      You have to be careful at the time of employment to know the working shift. Most E.M.'s work a rotational shift. 7 days on 3 days off, then 7 days on and 4 days off for the rest of your career.

      Excellent, diverse group of people to work with. There are many employees with 15-20 years tenure, people are staying here for a reason.

      Cons

      It seems there are many levels of bureaucracy - making the possibility of room for growth/advancement look difficult.
