      You get to work with some of the best and brightest minds around. The benefits are excellent and there are programs for employee development if you want to pursue interests beyond your daily work.

      There's a culture of learning how to do new things and encouragement from upper management to take time to teach yourself new skills.

      Cons

      Paygrade is lower than what one might find elsewhere, but work is gratifying and benefits are fantastic, not to mention work culture.
