Business Outlook
Pros
You are surrounded by very smart people, opportunities to do amazing research. The benefits are great, they have a retirement plan, but I think they are watering it down for newer employees. Once hired, the salaries fail to keep pace, and honestly they start a little low in the first place.
Cons
The salaries start low and don't increase at a rate that keeps pace with inflation. So new hires might be making more than someone who has been there for 15 years. I think the retirement plan is getting watered down for new hires.
