Pros

I worked for a year as a legal fellow. I had significant responsibility, learned a great deal about the civil rights world, and worked on interesting cases. Overall, it was a good experience getting to work with some amazing attorneys who are dedicated to advancing justice.

Cons

I was insulated from upper management but there is some dysfunction at the upper levels of the organization. On a day to day level, this wasn't much of an issue. Since the organization is so large, there is some siloing that occurs between the different projects.
