If your ready to leave the road Lazer spot has the potential to be a great company.

Cons

Straight pay poor management and leads very unprofessional. Faulty equipment at most Carlisle and Newville sites. Insurance is mediocre some employees Lazy.

Nothing is good about this company.

Cons

Management continuously lies to employees. Not family oriented unless it is THEIR own family. Pay is not worth the amount of stress or work demanded by them. Management does not help or listen to the employees. Favoritism is going to destroy their operations. Does not care about employee safety. I would give this company no stars but something has to be put in the box.
