Home daily, rotating shift (3 or 4 days only) 12 hours

Cons

Lowest pay spotting in area, change protocol without informing employees, don't talk to your management about issues because they don't care and will do complete opposite/ add more protocols

Simple job only basic backing skills needed

Cons

All about the numbers. Example: no idling even though it's 20 with a wind chill of -2 degrees and sleeting ,you can freeze but don't idol a truck. Highly tolerant of lazy, do nothing employees, Critical of those who keep the company going. Equipment is in bad condition.
