Lead IT is an organization which is full contradictions. They are an IT services company, however, by the time one joins in there, they find out a whole new world . First of all, the hiring team, Management and every support person of the company lies everything and anything. Employees are hired with lucrative and sweet deals. However nothing is true. all hell breaks loose only when the employee exits . That's the time when these people show their true colors. This company has no ethical values at all.
