Pros

Standards are very good. Flexibility in work for Employees. For the Beginners it is more space to gain knowledge as there is lot of scope for learning on different technical skills. Management is very supportive to employees. Salary and Hikes are really processed very well. Loved and Love to work for LeadIT if I get again opportunity there.

Cons

There are no downsides and we wish LeadIT should start by expanding in other states too.
