Flexible schedule, depending on your department.

Cons

- WAY below industry standard pay. Did not give cost of living adjustments in 2020, and then gave minimal raises the next year. - Outsource to Belize to underpay them even more than the US teams - Workloads are insane. They refuse to hire backfills until past the breaking point. I don't know anyone that is happy to work here. - Management on all levels is resistant to change and are very short-sighted - Little to no organization or communication between departments which leads to clients getting refunds and free services all the time - LV continues to acquire its competitors with no clear plan or path in place for them to integrate. - Uses outdated technology and refuses to upgrade/learn how to use/pay for industry standard practices

- Great people who support each other. - Clear company vision and growth. - HR Staff who listen and go above and beyond. I had a medical benefits issue that looked like there was no solution and the people in HR found a path forward where I though none existed after exhausting all options on my own. - Remote work, hybrid, or in office all supported. - Flex PTO that people are truly encouraged to take.

Cons

- There has been a lot of change to get things going in the last year, so that can create its own challenges as with any company.

1. Great work / life balance 2. Very supporting team/upper management 3. Exposure to work with multiple technologies 4. Good and on-time pay!

Cons

1. Unable to fill up open positions on time- think of ways/change in approach of hiring process to fill up vacant positions, given there is shortage of talent pool due to Covid, company should improvise its approach.
