Pros

Flexible, remote, never feel micromanaged. Good place to learn how to be a leader in a corporate setting. Some very cool people

Cons

They simply don't pay enough and the decisions they make clearly illustrate that that won't be changing anytime soon. Many systems and processes are perennially broken and when one is fixed, another issue arises. With high attrition rates due to low pay, there is literally no hope of a well-oiled machine. Quite frustrating.

I joined LeadVenture in Feb 2022. Great experience for onboarding. My experience so far is very good. Senior members are very supportive and provide an environment to grow. Good work-life balance.
