No work life balance only 2 weeks vacation time, everyone is hourly except managers.

Coworkers are great, great networking events, commute was easy.

Cons

Management is horrible, compensation and benefits, goals were set and met but they were never happy, offices need major updates - very outdated, staff is unmotivated to help probably due to poor compensation and having to sit in the same office as management
