      Pros

      Coworkers are great, great networking events, commute was easy.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, compensation and benefits, goals were set and met but they were never happy, offices need major updates - very outdated, staff is unmotivated to help probably due to poor compensation and having to sit in the same office as management

      Pros

      - Great co-workers - Everyone in the Commercial Lending Department and also the Bank is like a family - Can learn a lot from Managers, and have chances to grow internally - Breakfast give by the company every Friday :) , and lunch given by the company every last Friday of the month - The President is very knowledgeable, supportive and knows each and every employee in the Bank

      - Gets very cold in the office sometimes
