      Pros

      Good benefits but expensive. Nice tour of Boston while training

      Cons

      Laid off within the first 90 days. Very very corporate as in, don't make any decisions without consulting 5 people even though you are paid to work independently.

      Pros

      The people who work at Leader Bank are some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of working with. The Vice President of the Needham branch was incredibly kind and generous.

      Cons

      The office can be really cold, and sometimes the work can be monotonous if you're working in data entry.
