Pros

Team Leads were cool and were easy to work with on a daily basis. Processors for the most part were on top of their game. Sales, well sales is sales some good some not so good and some should find a new career.

Cons

They talked a good game to get you into the door. They worked you to the bone to get the loans done and as soon as it was slow they dumped you not caring that you made a major life decision to leave a job because you bought into their hype. They talk a good game of caring about you as an employee but if you're not sales and sales-MAN they have no use for you. I would avoid working here. They are tight with their 401k which should tell you how they truly feel about their employees. They know they will have high turnover so they don't bother making that a strong benefit.

Pros

MI companies, attorneys sometimes provide free lunches.

Cons

Questionable promotions - the least knowledgeable or least promotion-worthy people can be promoted. Once that happens, they can pretty much do or say anything without being called out. Certain people are treated by upper management as gold, no matter how bad of a work ethic or how little they contribute towards getting the work done. You might like it there if you are young and inexperienced. You can goof around, catch up on texting, without question. The atmosphere can be colleagial, but the cliques having a laugh riot can overpower those actually trying to work.
