Pros

Some great friends and connections made, catered food at one point. Initially placed in one of the best departments at base location.

Cons

Complete disconnect between upper management and employees. Complaints regarding supervisors fall on deaf ears. Very high turnover in servicing area. Wouldn't wish the job on my worst enemy.
