Work life balance is dependent upon your first level supervisor. There are no bonuses. There is no work from home policy.

It's a job and a paycheck.

Cons

Micro'managenent. Very unprofessional. They lost a 5 year USAF contract after 1 year because of their poor management. I was told job should come before family.
