Pros

Literally just the pay is good.

Cons

The benefits are horrid company changed insurances halfway through calendar year reset benefits and new benefits covered nothing just so they could save money. PTO and sick are absurd 2 weeks PTO, 1 week sick, good luck taking time off if you have a family.
