Cons
I worked for another contractor and they lost the contract. LCI, unfortunately, won the contract. They cut our pay by 30%, our benefits are nothing like they were from the other contractor. You have to pay out of your own pocket over $12K for insurance. Not to mention, you have to start all over with your vacation time. I accrued 6 weeks vacation/2 weeks personal, and now I'm down to NOTHING! The project manager is never available. The HR department literally has no idea what they do. I had to fax/email my information four times. I finally told them to "forget it, I'm not sending it anymore". Miracle, they found my stuff. WOW! CEO doesn't care about employees, just profit.
