There are some increased workflow periods surrounding deadlines although time off is liberally granted around these periods.

Coworkers are extremely kind and willing to answer questions, walk through problems and assist on clients.

Cons

Majority of employees are taking phone calls all day in addition to their main job duties. Leadership is very out of touch and benefits/pay are not representative of the current market.
