Leadium is a dream work experience if you're someone looking for a fun, joyful, and relaxed environment where you can grow and develop your professional career. Personally, I learn better by 'doing' and it aligns perfectly with Leadium's way of doing things. I was able to find myself in positions to be successful and I had all the tools I needed to succeed. My managers are very accessible, open-minded, and professional people who helped me learn, polish, and improve my skills as an SDR.
Cons
I have to say that it was hard when I started at Leadium. I didn't have experience in the sales development industry so concepts and processes were hard for me to grasp. I think the company could do a better job with the on-boarding process for people that have never being a part of the sales development world.
