Pros

Leadium is a place where everyone wishes they ever worked. Leadium at DR is a pioneer in this kind of work structure. Here everything is good and everyone is focusing on what to do.

Pros

Culture - In Leadium you feel like you are part of a business family. Where you can talk about any problem or challenge you maybe facing with your fellow co workers and they will give you full support. Management is another great reason why Leadium is Leadium. Never in my professional career have I had a 1 on 1 session with the companies CEO. This made me grow in a way never before possible, and it makes me appreciate my job more. Client services - We aim to make every client experiences unique. From having a virtual coffee on Zoom, to even receiving gifts from clients, because of the great job that's been done.
