Leaf Group is really good at hiring and retaining quality employees, and it makes working here a very positive experience. Benefits are also solid, and so far I feel like the environment here encourages working hard while also maintaining a reasonable work/life balance.

Cons

It can be a bit tricky to understand the relationships between all the Leaf Group brands at first, but overall that's something that comes with time.
