Pros
They pay pretty well. They are pretty cutting edge technology wise. You'll have lots of chances to work on big projects with the newest stuff. Training/Professional development is good.
Cons
Its a company with no real purpose. Every few months theres some new thing that we're "all about" and is going to make tons of money. Of course none of it ever works out. Its like the idea is throw things at the wall and see what sticks. Very old school dot-com feel. I honestly can't see myself here more than the immediate next year or two. Mostly because everything is so in flux all the time, and whatever the big thing thats going to explode and be our flagship deal changes so much. Who knows what this company will be doing by then?
