      * Bellevue office has some really smart, innovative and friendly people * Snacks and fun things to do provided by Facilities, HR and employee run committee * Very casual environment; NERF rules! * Good location * Technology provided is good quality

      Cons

      * no possibility of promotion in most departments * internal communication between departments and between management and employees is not sufficient * Employees in general don't seem very happy
