Lots of opportunities for internal growth (even complete change in career path) within the company, thanks to a diverse portfolio of brands Flexible work environment (the WFH culture was already there before the pandemic). Company cares a lot about employees and DEI has been a key focus across all teams

Cons

Public company, which has its challenges Smaller companies, so despite having amazing perks it may not be a right fit for everyone. It does create more opportunities for lateral moves within the company though
