Pros

$, work life balance, benefits

Cons

This company had so much potential but because of the greed of the board and the incompetence of the leadership team, it was run into the ground. 3 rounds of layoffs in 2025 alone because they decided to take advantage of their struggling customer base. So many lost their jobs because no one wanted to listen to the people on the ground talking with customers. I hope those that led the company to where they are now are kept awake by their poor decisions that impacted so many hard working people.

An unfortunate place to work

Pros

Work from home/remote with some in office available

Cons

*Lack of transparent leadership: Communication from the C-suite is minimal and often unclear, leaving employees in the dark on key decisions and company direction. *Disorganized Mergers & Acquisitions: New company acquisitions are handled without a cohesive transition plan, creating confusion, redundancy, and missed opportunities. *Absence of strategic vision: Decisions often feel reactive rather than guided by a clear roadmap—there’s no discernible method behind the madness. *Nonexistent/Poor company culture: There’s no sense of community or shared values. The culture is purely transactional—just show up, do the work, and go home. Even “all hands” meetings lack engagement and feel more like scripted monologues than inclusive forums. *Short-sighted layoffs: Multiple rounds of layoffs have eliminated high-performing talent with no intention of backfilling roles, undermining morale and operational stability. *Unsustainable workload expectation: Rather than restructuring thoughtfully, leadership simply lays off then redistributes responsibilities to remaining employees, leading to burnout and resentment. *Lack of employee recognition: Contributions go unnoticed, and there’s little to no investment in career growth or professional development. *Compensation is well below industry standard: Pay is not competitive with the market, compounding retention issues and signaling a lack of commitment to employee well-being.
