      Company is confused. Can't figure out how to operate.

      Pros

      Interesting topics in an emerging industry.

      Cons

      The company can't figure out how to operate. There is no company culture. Leadership recently said, 'our culture is to get work done.' There is no strategy for how to handle the company being partially in-person in NY and then partially remote. There is no strategy for how to bring a large group of employees together to achieve a singular goal. There is no singular goal.

      Pros

      - Fun to tell people you work in cannabis? - WLB not bad because no one has a clue what anyone is doing

      Cons

      - No direction, no sense of core priorities, burning money on the wrong things - Constant fear of layoffs (they happen EVERY quarter) - Constant restructures as a result of said layoffs - Main codebase is nausea inducing

      Pros

      Good culture in an interesting industry. There's definitely if ups and downs, but it has a good culture for the most part depending on what team your on. It's exciting to be in a newly starting cannabis industry, but there are risks.

      Cons

      If you're not a strong personality expect to be bulldozed. Outside of the top staff there is not much interest in others opinions. Because of a number of factors layoffs have been frequent over the past year. So its not the most stable place to work historically. But who knows what the future may look like
