Pros

Smart co workers, a CEO that cares, fast paced work, great benefits, lots of autonomy, you also wont find many people with ego's here which is a major plus for me. Ive been able to grow within my role here and learn from some really smart individuals. If you are looking for a great mission and a place to grow your career this is the place.

Cons

Just like any company there are some bumps from time to time. However from what i've seen, the people here work really hard to work together, enable others, and make changes for the better

Pros

When I joined LeafLink six months ago, I was aware of the recent changes—layoffs and strategy shifts. Naturally, there was initial uncertainty. However, that quickly faded. The past six months have been a positive experience, and the company feels revitalized. The focus now is undeniably forward-looking. The leadership team is transparent, with a clear vision for the company's future. They actively seek employee feedback, and they value our input. As a new hire, these aspects stood out: Thriving Culture: The team is collaborative and welcoming. Despite the changes, there's a strong sense of camaraderie. Clear Direction: The company's strategy is coming into focus, with clearly outlined goals for everyone. Open Communication: Leadership is transparent, regularly communicating updates and plans and encouraging open dialogue with employees. While I wasn't here for the previous challenges, the company learned from them. They've adapted, streamlined, and emerged with renewed purpose. It's an exciting time to be at LeafLink and I'm optimistic about the future.

Cons

It's no secret that startups have their bumps, and I knew that coming in. There have definitely been some growing pains—figuring things out on the fly, wearing multiple hats, adapting to change, and introducing processes where none existed. Priorities can be fluid, and you have to be entrepreneurial in your work. But honestly, that's been consistent with every startup I've worked with (and is part of the thrill). Given the team in place, it's not anything that gives me cause for concern.
