Pros
I came into this company in a volatile time (for it and the industry) but the overall experience has been fantastic. The product is unique and it's great to see that it has a positive impact on businesses of all sizes. The industry is in a tough spot but it's fun, fast-paced, and a welcoming one. My job function requires me to work across many different departments and what I've found is a group of creative, smart, hard working people who genuinely care about what they are doing. While cannabis is facing some tough times, it's clear that there is a bright future ahead and this company is a leading voice in what the future of cannabis will look like. For the first time in a long while, I feel content where I am and excited for the work being done.
Cons
Tough industry but we'll get through this. A lot of work to be done and it can feel overwhelming at time but its a startup and the work actually has an impact on the company.
