My experience at LeafLink has been warm and welcoming. Everyone on the team is very helpful and is willing to drop anything to help when needed as well as people in other departments. There isn't a "not my problem" or "not my job" mentality here. Everyone is aligned with the bigger picture goals and is working hard to get there. Great work life balance as there are defined hours for your position and location and there is not work or requirements outside of those times which is very refreshing coming from an industry that has none of those boundaries. Management and my manager especially do a great job showing they do care about you and your success. They are approachable and are able to give clear objectives while standing out of the way to let you achieve them but are close enough that they are there for when help is needed. No sense of micromanaging and you are able to carve your own path so long as it goes the right direction.
