Pros

The company's culture is solid, and that's seen throughout all business lines and levels I've observed. Transparency is important to me, and I've seen that in the hiring process, the relationship I have with the leaders I report to, and the responsibilities of my role. Benefits are solid, and there's for sure growth opportunities with all the expansion of each team. The hiring/interview process was very thorough, and each person I interacted with in each stage was very communicative and supportive unlike any other recruitment process I've seen. Even, if I wasn't actually hired, I'd still reccomend off their attention to detail in the candidate screening process.

Cons

Haven't ran into any cons thus far to be honest. I came from a really toxic culture previously at another startup, so comparatively, LeafLink is not that at ALL in their approach to open dialogue, collaborative peers and building a sense of community which is why I accepted the offer.

Pros

Working at LeafLink has been the highlight of my career to date. The cannabis industry is one of the few brand new industries that will emerge during our lifetime, and at LeafLink, we're actively solving a unique set of problems for customers in this rapidly growing sector. The people who work at LeafLink are smart, collaborative, and ambitious, and I really enjoy working together with them to solve those problems. The cofounders have had the same mission and vision since day one, and it's been exciting and fulfilling to not only see that mission and vision come to life, but to feel like I'm truly contributing to it.

Cons

LeafLink is a rapidly scaling company, which means that every phase of growth comes with its own natural set of growing pains. Because of that, I think the people who are the most successful at LeafLink are generally adaptable problem solvers that enjoy being a part of a startup's evolution to maturity.

Pros

- Entry into the cannabis industry - great teammates (though folks are quitting every week)

Cons

- the CTO - terrible leadership and management: no action, no accountability - no careers paths: they don’t promote from within - company has an identity crisis - want to do it all - no focus on culture, employee experience, or transparency
