Pros

The type of people who work here are easy to talk to + and you'll want to hang out with them beyond a work capacity. Individuals are generally hardworking and great at collaborating - they want to work together to make the product better because the leadership are certainly not going to be the ones to do it.

Cons

Current leadership push new things including features or sales strategies with little to no research, no client/customer feedback, no regard of how the product can't even perform basic functionality without a bug. It's the blind (the founders) leading the blind (COO, CTO, CPO). Company has not made smart decisions about where they spend their resources, such as renting a second office floor after going remote, hiring former failed WeWorkers as leadership, etc. They cut cost on even the basic of things including snacks, benefits & healthcare. There aren't bonuses.

A Once-Amazing Company Ruined by Greedy, Incompetent Leadership

Pros

There are a few incredible people still working there who haven't been laid off yet.

Cons

Where to start? The current leadership team has no business being in the cannabis industry and is only interested in short-term profits and enriching themselves at the expense of LeafLink's customers and employees alike. There is zero regard for the culture and diversity that they once paid lip service to, and it's no surprise that it's primarily white men now reaping the rewards. Other reviewers have used the sinking ship analogy to describe LeafLink's current trajectory, and it's true. It's really sad to watch what was once a pillar of the nascent cannabis industry devolve into such a blatant cash grab. CEO Artie Minson is a former AOL and WeWork executive (which should tell you everything you need to know). He's the textbook definition of a grifter.
