      It's a youth sports registration company on a mission to being the most impactful company in youth sports. -Lots of fun -Great Culture & Team -CEO of the company really cares and goes above & beyond to try to meet & understand his employees. -Great attitude of "Take out more from LeagueApps then what you put in" -Great community initiative & impact with FundPlay - Hard working Engineering & Product Team. - Standard PTO - Wandering Worker Policy (Ability to work outside the US for 75 days) -Growing company, lots of opportunities and ambition all around!

      Not many Cons! I would've stayed if I wasn't changing career paths! Love this company.

      Amazing team culture that allows for authentic relationships Opportunities to advance career and tackle new challenges Niche industry where company is really making a difference Passionate coworkers Upper management takes feedback extremely well

      Management still involved in all decisions and can delay or prolong timelines Had great "in office" culture and still learning how to cultivate that culture in a remote first environment Industry being niche makes initial adjustment difficult for new employees. Tactics that work at other organizations may not work at LeagueApps.
