      -Severely low pay for college graduates trying to live in NYC -Every role is micromanaged - every time I got something right, mgmt pointed out I got 5 things wrong -Sexually harassed at every conference by misogynistic clients and even over EMAIL with no remorse from mgmt -Internal teams remind me of high school cliques
