In 4+ years I have been promoted 4 times. LeagueApps has delivered opportunity after opportunity to step up, take ownership, and fulfill what I ultimately believed starting out at the company. Impactful SaaS solution that helps youth sports organizers save time, grow their programs, and provide a better experience for players, parents, and coaches. I've been on a lot of teams athletically, academically, and professionally and the collection of LeagueApps teammates across the years are as high-quality (in terms of their skills and accomplishments) and high-character as I have ever come across in my career. Growing pains typical of a high-growth company. LeagueApps tends to move and iterate extremely fast so there are times when there are miscommunications and inefficiencies in our processes.
