Pros

I came to LeagueApps from a much larger company with a belief that I could step up, become a difference-maker in the organization, and ultimately be promoted more quickly than I would have in a larger company. In 4+ years I have been promoted 4 times. LeagueApps has delivered opportunity after opportunity to step up, take ownership, and fulfill what I ultimately believed starting out at the company. Impactful SaaS solution that helps youth sports organizers save time, grow their programs, and provide a better experience for players, parents, and coaches. I've been on a lot of teams athletically, academically, and professionally and the collection of LeagueApps teammates across the years are as high-quality (in terms of their skills and accomplishments) and high-character as I have ever come across in my career. A culture built around 9 Core Values (Sportsmanship - Passion - Openness - Results - Team - Student of the Game - Own Your Role - Grit) that any athlete or professional would be proud to epitomize puts employees in a position to step up and make a difference not only in their department/team but across the company as a whole. The people and the culture make LeagueApps a special place to work.

Cons

Growing pains typical of a high-growth company. LeagueApps tends to move and iterate extremely fast so there are times when there are miscommunications and inefficiencies in our processes.

Pros

Great mission (helping provide youth and local sports with the platform they need) Tangible impact in the community with their philantropic work Great company culture and environment: -Strong emphasis on hiring people who fit the culture -Lots of events and initiatives to help build and maintain that culture and sense of community -Openness and transparency from everyone in leadership positions -Great benefits

Cons

Note: I'm still relatively new to the company but the only con I've encountered so far is that the company is in the process of expanding their various teams which, inevitably, leads to some growing pains. Still a number of positions to fill. But leadership has been pretty open about everything and I feel like they're going about things the right way.

Pros

Since joining LeagueApps I have seen the organization hire diverse candidates and invest the in the learning and development of it's team members. Team member's individual ideas and thoughts are welcomed because management respects them as the subject matter experts.

Cons

The organization is ramping up so quickly, they are looking to hire additional support.
