Pros

Great mission. Big focus on values. The team is full of really good people. Flexible schedule and PTO. Lots of opportunity to learn new things and advance in your career. The company has an inspiring vision to make a big impact in a very positive area - youth sports.

Cons

Like any company, it can be stressful at times. But this is because the company is also focused on achieving results.

Pros

LeagueApps is a company with a fantastic mission that truly cares to hire great people. They treat their BDRs extremely well and are constantly emphasizing how important they are to the company's success. Sales Department is a tight-knit group that communicates effectively and work well together. I highly reccommend the BDR position to any former athlete looking to start a career in sales and make an impact in youth sports.

Cons

The BDR can get montonous, it'd be cool for there to be a clearer career track for growth outside the role. Otherwise, keep crushing it and living your values.

Pros

Very open and inclusive work environment. Leadership listens to the concerns of its employees and follows through to create a better work culture. LeagueApps is modernizing their tech stack and so there is a lot of opportunity to get involved in interesting projects and learn a lot. Good mix of engineers and product managers with different levels of experience and skills.

Cons

As with any startup, there can be times with tight deadlines and stress. That said, there is always an emphasis to learn and improve.
