Amazing team culture that allows for authentic relationships Opportunities to advance career and tackle new challenges Niche industry where company is really making a difference Passionate coworkers Upper management takes feedback extremely well

Management still involved in all decisions and can delay or prolong timelines Had great "in office" culture and still learning how to cultivate that culture in a remote first environment Industry being niche makes initial adjustment difficult for new employees.
