Pros

There is no better place to grow as a person and as a professional. This company is mission-driven and obsessed with making sports happen. You see that hunger and passion in every single employee's eyes, from upper management to entry-level, everyone is in it together. It is extremely rare to be surrounded by people who genuinely want to help but that is exactly what you get at LeagueApps. If you are a go-getter and not afraid to ask for help you will be successful here and will pick up priceless skills that will help you in anything you do in life. There is something special about LeagueApps and you feel it the second you walk into the office doors.

Cons

It is a challenging job with long hours but if you are a go-getter and looking to be a part of a company that is having a major impact on youth sports, LeagueApps is for you.

Pros

Great opportunities for professional growth. The people are really great to work with. Upper management guides you on where you want your career to go. Company is growing at or near 100% per year. Benefits offered for people that want to continue to play sports and/or go to the gym.

Cons

Typical startup in that there are long hours and usually work to be done on the weekend. The work can be challenging and the pace is fast. Must be a go-getter.
