      Awesome startup with an opportunity for growth within the company. Upper management is very understanding and will work with you to get you where you want to be.

      Cons

      Depending on how you view it, some of the processes are not fully there. If you like to be a difference maker this is great. If you like a place where you go step by step through the a guide this place won't be for you.
