      Pros

      Nice environment, they offer permanent contract, and you have all legal benefits. It´s good for a start.

      Cons

      It´s hard to grow in the company (almost impossible), if you are thinking about a company where you can stay and grow, this might not be it.

      Pros

      Competitive payment. You dont feel over controlled, can bring books and other things to do in your free time.

      Cons

      They prioritize micromanagement instead of quality in their empolyees. Theres a lot of good employees being kicked out cuz of some nonsense micromanagent and a lot of useless workers that just stay between the lines. Location, everything is overpriced around it, feels like buying at an airport without any quality. Management is so poorly, they dont follow their own rules and apply them as they convey them. Xenophobic environment.
