      overall competitive salaries if you compared to other jobs in the industry in Colombia

      Cons

      lack of professionalism, patronage, only the friends of the boss gets better payments and incentives, they had an illegal policy of "non-disclosure" of the salaries to paid less to different people on the same job. The only way to grow in the company is to hide the problems, show your "strengths" and be a friend of your boss. They don't let you take vacations btw.
