      Pros

      No extra hours. Excellent contract conditions compared to other BPO companies in the market.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from some of the managers. Since the company has grown so fast, some processes ae not clearly defined, therefore it tends to be a bit messy. Usually there is a very hierarchical relation between operators and managers, making it difficult to open space for discussion.
