      Pros

      If you want great training for special education teachers and paraprofessionals, Leander ISD is fantastic. The copy machine and printers always worked! Unlike at my previous campus in another district.

      Cons

      Not a downside for Leander specifically, but working as a special education teacher comes with an excessive amount of paperwork that often is completed off the clock on weekends and evenings.

      Great schools, great kids, supportive staff

      Cons

      Way over-worked, some really bad seeds at administration, lack of support from administrative staff is frustrating, administration is very, very tone deaf to the real world of eval staff
