Successful in spite of Central Administration

The faculty and staff at the individual schools are fantastic. Strong leadership can make or break a campus. In spite of the central administration, schools are successful and do a great job teaching their students. More money needs to be spent on the schools.

Cons

Central administration doesn't really have a grasp on what is going on at the individual schools but still try to micromanage school policy. They are a big district with a small district mindset in many bad ways. With the new superintendent, I hope things get turned around.
