Pros

Leander is very laid back in general. They do everything "The Leander Way" which means they rarely ever do anything in a standard way but change it up to match their goals. The best thing is that they truly consider the whole child's well being instead of the main priority being high test scores. It has been a fun place to work.

Cons

Doing everything "The Leander Way" often makes things confusing and somewhat convoluted. (Many of us teachers call it "willy nilly." Lol!) The language arts curriculum is MASSIVE and does not flow or connect which makes teaching it quite difficult.
