One of the best reasons to work in Leander ISD is the people you work with. Most are innovative and hardworking, doing their best to meet the needs of students with the limited time they have.

Cons

The work load is probably not too different from other public districts and schools, but what they ask of you can be un reasonable, at least at the elementary school level.
