Cons

If crazy parent come after you the district people are there for district not to help their teachers. Make sure you have a good relationship with you principles and APs.

Summer break! Lots of PD opportunities My school puts me and my family first Access to Frontier Direct Care is amazing!

Cons

Pay not commensurate with degree (having a master’s only bumped my pay by $1000/yr) Even though I get summer off, I’m at work an average of 10 hours a day during the school year. 6:45-4:30ish—so I definitely make up for “not working” during the summer.
